The ESEE Izula is named after an aggressive ant which lives in the Peruvian jungle. This is done to indicate that, despite the limited dimensions, this knife should not be underestimated. The ESEE Izula is a versatile fixed blade. It finds a place in a bag or pocket easily or can be worn as a neck knife. Despite the small dimensions it is very nice to hold. On the back is a large opening to stick your pinky through, so you have excellent grip. Of course, you could also make a paracord handle to increase the grip. And if you prefer real grip parts, then ESEE Knives supplies those as an accessory. The blade of the Izula is made of 1095 carbon steel. This is a very strong type of steel, which is easy to sharpen.
