Designed by Aaron and Nate Morgan of Houghton Era after tracking excursions in Detroit's viaducts, where remnants of coyote activity piqued their interest, this blade is a nod to the coyote's varied roles as Song Dogs, Tricksters, Shapeshifters, and Gods of the Threshold. The TOPS Brush Wolf fixed blade knife blends traditional Nessmuk-style design with modern technical features. Featuring a 90-degree spine section above soft jimping and bow drill notches on each handle side, it ensures versatility in fire-starting techniques. Its Nessmuk shape and high saber grind excel in wood processing and game skinning, while the swedge tip offers precision for boring holes. Mimicking the coyote's grin, the teeth along the spine double as a saw, ideal for bone gnawing and crafting field traps and tools.
