Being sold under the Path Finder brand it's practical no nonsense <br><br>The tin fits a Bic lighter (two if you wanted), the most common size ferro rod and some tinder. With those in the tin you've got 3 ways to light a fire. If there's sun and you've got the time go for the in built magnifying glass and conserve your resources.<br><br>You could make do with a tin but in my humble opinion what you're buying this for is the in built magnifying glass.
