The SunLight is designed for outdoor use and ready to handle some some wear and tear. The plastic housing won't pop or deflate and the interior of the lens is where our proprietary texture diffuses the light. Translation: an inevitable scratch or two will not affect brightness or functionality.
Does SunLight charge other devices?
No. The power created from the panel is designed to run the lantern only. For power-sharing light, check out our PowerLight Mini.

Solar Light - solar charging and light length tested

Have been running this portable solar light for about a week. Charging only by the sun in Perth WA. Today is a wet full cloud day and surprised the unit is indicating it is being charged by solar means. I have it sitting in the house facing out from the window- good work- Nice tidy unit and have run it during night 7 hrs still holds its light. Handy to have this at home as well as when camping or emergency.- V.Happy with unit so far.
