Step up from the Terrasaur

by Jezza -

Despite what it says in the description, this is not a small knife either in the hand or the blade length. Maybe someone switched the descriptions for the Bushlore and the Mini Bushlore. The Terrasaur with 1095 and plastic handle and sheath is bomb proof and brilliant value for money. But this Bushlore takes that and adds class, particularly with its beautiful leather sheath. Would the micarta handle version be better? Maybe, but I'm happy to go traditional with a 1075 utilitarian knife. Should also mention: 1. the curved cutting edge is brilliant around camp, and 2. I've clipped the sheath to a Casstrom dangler for more comfortable carry. Four stars only because you can of course get better knives - but not for this money.
