Esee 4 Dark Earth Fixed Blade 

The ESEE 4 is a tough fixed blade outdoor, survival, bushcraft and tactical blade made of 1095 high carbon steel which holds an edge through the toughest of chores. The ESEE 4 is the longer, thicker "wilderness" model of the popular ESEE 3 tactical knife. With its 4.8mm thick, full flat grind blade, rounded pommel, Micarta handles and light weight, this 227g knife can serve as a primary backpacking and wilderness survival knife, or fitted to your modular system for duty carry in a tactical environment.

This is a survival knife in the truest sense of the word. It is an extremely versatile drop point blade with a 104mm cutting edge, capable for all manor of outdoor tasks, including field dressing and preparation of medium to large-sized game animals. The blade edge is sharpened to approximately 20 degrees, and the overall length of the knife is 228mm.

Falling between the compact, tactical ESEE-3 and the larger ESEE-5 knives, the ESEE-4 is a perfect fit for a lot of people. Just like all ESEE Knives, the ESEE-4 is a no-nonsense knife that you can stake your life on when it comes to performance and durability. The textured powder coat is extremely durable, and will not wear off easily. The 3D contoured Micarta handle scales provide most all hand sizes a secure 4 finger grip.

Adding Sporting Field Handles to extend the length of the handle grip beyond the tactical style factory scales is easily achieved by installing our very popular custom G10 handle scales; they are available in a wide variety of colours. This makes the knife more comfortable for those with larger hands. Our custom scales attach easily and all fastening hardware and two Allen wrenches are included.
