How to Prepare Freeze Dried Mushrooms

• Add cold, warm or boiling water (using cold water can take a little bit longer to rehydrate)
• Strain water
• Add to meal

OR simply add a portion of mushrooms to a bowl and add water. Strain and add to your favourite meal.

This pack of freeze dried mushrooms does not need to be cooked, just add boiling water for a hot option or add it straight to your pot. Eat and enjoy! Once opened and resealed, food can be kept for at least 3 months.
