Helikon-Tex Trekking Tactical Pants VersaStretch are universal outdoor pants that provide comfort and protection when it’s cold outside. Their minimalist design will prove useful not only when working with a harness or moving dynamically in the mountains, but also during a bike ride, canoeing or demanding off-road ride. The use of elastic and highly durable VersaStretch fabric makes this version of Trekking Tactical Pants® the best choice for trips in the spring, autumn and winter. These tactical pants be fine though on a warmer winter period or on colder summer mornings and evenings.
Long legs with tunnels for cords and reinforced knees with compartments for soft pads guarantee safety in varied terrain. 6 pockets are complemented by loops for carabiners or D-Rings, to which you can attach your gloves or a map case, minimizing the risk of losing them. An elastic velcro-adjustable waistband with a raised waist on the back increases comfort during activities that require frequent changes of position. TREKKING TACTICAL PANTS® made of VersaStretch fabric perfectly complement those made of AeroTech fabric, ensuring comfort and convenience of traveling all year round.
- Made of VersaStretch® fabric
- Elastic waistband with a high waist at the back, fastened with Velcro
- Two loops for carabiners or D-Rings
- A total of six pockets, two of which are hip pockets with reinforced edges
- The leg is profiled at the back
- Reinforcements on the knees with compartments for soft pads
- Tunnels in the hems of the legs for a tape or a drawstring
- YKK® zipper fly
Washing Instructions:
- Initial water temperature should not exceed 30C or 65F with extreme caution
- Wash inside-out
- Do not bleach
- Wash with similar colours only
- Do not tumble dry
- Use gentle washing powder for coloured garments

Measuring Tips:
If you do not have a measuring tape don’t worry, simply use a ribbon, rope, paracord or string to measure yourself and then line it up against a ruler. Using the measurements of an item of your clothing as a guide is another helpful option.

A rustle in the bush

I needed a new pair of trousers and having previously purchased HT products, I thought I may as well give them a go. The best part of these trousers is the velcro waist fastener and no buttons. This is great for me, as I have a stoma and buttons and belts cause discomfort. Being velcro, and having an elastic backed waist means that it will fit a variety of people. They are very light and breathe well, considering this is 100% artificial fibre, that's no mean feat. They also have 6 pockets, 2 front, 2 read and 2 at the side around upper leg height, so are ideal for carrying wallet, phone, knife, torch, tissues, etc. I gave them a quick wash before first use, and they dry quickly and best of all, no ironing is required. My only issue with them is they do rustle a bit when walking, this may be as they are new and need to be broken in, or it may be the material. Not a big issue, but it does mean I can’t sneak up on my work colleagues to surprise them with an office prank anymore.
