The KABAR 1250 Short USMC Knife is a shorter, smaller version of the original KA-BAR 1217 USMC Fighting Knife and performs as well as the KA-BAR 1217 USMC. This 1250 Short USMC was used by the US Marine Corps as their standard fighting knife in the 1940s. The fixed blade is made from 1095 Cro Van Carbon Steel with black coating to make it easier to maintain and the handle is made from stacked leather rings for comfort and features a safeguard to protect your hand from the razor sharp edge.
