PNW's Medium Travel Tray is a lot smaller and works for holding all kinds of EDC gear and bushcraft items, while the XL (Extra Large) Travel Tray will hold your bulkier tools with its double layer of canvas. You can use these versatile travel trays as a ground cloth just enough to sit on so you do not get your bottom wet or dirty. Snap the corners together and you get a great tray.

The Medium Travel Tray is best for holding smaller EDC items like keys, tinder, flint, ferro rod or more and because it is waxed canvas it is perfect for holding tinder. These trays are designed to fold up very small to fit in your pack or in your luggage when you travel. Snap the corners together and you get a great tray. The Medium Travel Tray is approximately 12.7cm x 12.7cm at the base. Laid out flat and it is approximately 20cm x 20cm. Fold it in half and you get a pouch approximately 20cm x 10cm. PNW Waxed Canvas Travel Trays are great multipurpose trays.

The XL Travel Tray is approximately 25cm x 25cm at the base and 6cm sides when used as a tray. Laid out flat and it is approximately 38cm x 38cm. Fold it in half and you get a pouch approximately 39cm x 19cm. And they will fold up very small to fit in your bushcraft pack, hiking backpack or travel kit.

The 10.1 oz waxed canvas used on the product is made using a specialised process that was created in the 1800s. Martexin Original Wax has a superior finish that is made with an environmentally friendly blend of waxes that is non-hazardous. This fabric process creates a lifelong resistance to weather and it will develop a beautifully worn look. The 100% cotton fabric will show scratches and become distressed but will continue to look better over time as it develops its own patina.
