The majority of the Savotta Rekyyli belt is made up of larger slots for shotgun cartridges, a total of 25. At the end of these is a shorter part of five smaller slots for rifle cartridges, these will fit most common centerfire cartridges.

The belt closes with a plastic side release buckle. The adjustable end of the belt ends in a belt loop with O-ring, this can be pushed through and anchored to the shotgun cartridge slots. The Rekyyli is a very simple but clever belt or bandolier for ammunition, accommodating 25 shotgun and 5 rifle cartridges. Made from elastic webbing for good retention and adjustability to cartridges of varying calibre.
