A sleeping bag for tropical conditions that packs smaller than a coconut !  
When it’s hot and humid outside, and biting insects fill the night sky, you need a performance sleeping bag that takes care of you. We’ve designed the Jungle Bag with just the right weight of Travelsoft insulation to keep you comfortable, and added a roll away mosquito net which can be zipped over the face, sealing the sleeping bag from all manner of biting insects. Its square shape means it can be opened up into a quilt for more versatility, and it’s incredibly small compressed pack size makes it perfect for travelling. The Jungle Bag is the perfect solution to an undisturbed night’s sleep when you’re out in the tropics. Also available in the Snugpak Jungle Bag Coyote Tan and Terrain.

Temperature Ratings for Sleeping Bag

Snugpak’s performance figures are drawn from over forty years of experience and customer feedback. Their comfort figure assumes you will be sleeping lightly clothed (thermal base layer or PJ’s) within a tent on a good quality sleep mat, at this external temperature the majority of users should feel comfortable and get a good night’s sleep. The low-temperature ratings are temperatures the sleeping bags have been used at by fit individuals with the minimum of discomfort. There are many variables involved in a good night’s sleep, including climate, altitude, fitness and metabolism, if in doubt stick to the comfort figure.

Overall good for price.

The temperature ratings are pretty much spot on.
<br>It still worked well for after getting a little bit wet.
<br>The zips at the bottom do not overlap allowing a small gap for bugs to get in easily, which is disappointing considering the insect netting at the top.
<br>It comes packed into bag very well, rolled up. But trying to stuff it in is a little more difficult than rolling it up.
<br>The zips work well and there's plenty of room inside for a 6"2' 110kg male.
<br>Personally I'll be trying to modify it somehow to cover the gap at the bottom on the corner where the zips meet to stop spiders and small snakes.
