The KA-BAR USMC 1211 is a legendary knife. In 1942, this knife was chosen by the United States Marine Corps (USMC) to be the combat knife for the Marines. Since then, this knife has been part of the standard equipment of many soldiers. This is a large, tough, reliable knife and it feels very sturdy. Ka-Bar's 1211 USA knife is a fixed blade that is amazing for its piercing power. The rubber handle has a non-slip grip that has amazing control in any weather with a protective guard to keep you from getting too close to the razor-sharp edge while using it. The blade has a blood groove and is made out of black epoxy coated 1095 Cro-Van carbon steel making it perfect for camouflage and stealth operations. The powder coated finish allows for easy maintenance. This KA-BAR USA Fighting Knife is also available with hard plastic MOLLE compatible sheath and 2 different edge types; 1213 plain or 1214 serrated.
