The backpack is equipped with a laser-cut MOLLE system on the front and sides, internal variable fixation points, and a scissors bag to store your medical equipment. The backpack's bottom has attachments for a rescue blanket and integrated visual markers to identify its contents quickly.

One of the best features of this backpack is the removable shoulder carrying system that can be stored in the back when not needed. It also comes with length-adjustable stowable shoulder straps, making carrying large body armor possible. Additionally, the light, padded shoulder straps can be removed and stowed in a pocket with hook-and-loop panels on the back.
