Wound Wash - Chlorhexidine and Cetrimide Solution Steritube Ampoule 30ml

Chlorhexidine and Cetrimide Irrigation Solution is a sterile, orange solution and comes in a 30ml plastic Steritube® and is used for cleaning and irrigating the skin and dirty wounds. Chlorhexidine and Cetrimide Irrigation Solutions can be identified by an Australian Registration Number which is found on the packaging; AUST R 57011 Chlorhexidine and Cetrimide Irrigation Solution 30mL Steritube® ampoule (chlorhexidine gluconate 0.05% w/v and cetrimide 0.5% w/v). 

Ingredients:
Chlorhexidine and Cetrimide Irrigation Solution comes in two different strengths and contains the active ingredients chlorhexidine gluconate and cetrimide. The colouring agent Sunset Yellow is also present. These ingredients are dissolved in Purified Water.

How to Use (Dose and method of administration):

• Rinse the area to be cleaned with water, apply the minimum amount of irrigation necessary to cover the wound area and wash gently
• Rinse again thoroughly
• Apply to wound as necessary
• Discard remaining solution after use
